FAQs

+ DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS? 

We do not offer refunds or exchanges once the project has begun. Clients have a 48-hour grace period once the deposit is submitted to request a cancellation or refund. More details regarding our credit/return policy are included in the client contract.

+ HOW DOES PAYMENT WORK?

All projects require a deposit in order to secure your spot before your project begins. If a payment plan is selected, payments are made on the 1st of each month after your start date and will be outlined in your design agreement. 
 

+ WHAT PLATFORM DO YOU DESIGN ON?

I design most websites on the Wix’s platform. This method does require you to have your own domain. I do offer design for Squarespace as well as other online learning platforms such as ClickFunnels, Kajabi, Teachable, etc. 
 

+ DO I NEED PROFESSIONAL IMAGES?

Yes,  professional shots and hi-res images are highly recommended.

Professional shots add uniqueness to your branding all while allowing your client or customer to develop a sense of trustworthiness in your business. However, if you do not have professional photography, it is absolutely fine to purchase stock photos. We can support you with purchasing the stock photos which will be billed separately. We prefer not to accept cell phone photos or screenshots as it compromises the quality of the final product
 

+ IS THERE A PROJECT RE-START FEE IF I HAVE TO TAKE A BREAK?

 Our goal is to stay in constant communication with you during the project phase. We request that clients respond with any feedback within 48 hours in order for us to stay on track with the project timeline. Projects delayed 14 days or more days will require a re-start fee to continue working. 

+ HOW LONG DOES THE PROCESS TAKE? 

The project completion timeline varies based on the package selected. This exact timeline can vary based on feedback/content delays.

+ HOW WILL WE COMMUNICATE?

Communication is key! Using a project management tool, Slack, Email, and Your Client Portal, you will be updated on each step of the process. In addition to the project management tool, we’ll have scheduled, monthly check-ins.
 

+ WHAT SHOULD I HAVE PREPARED FOR THE PROJECT?

Your completed brand homework, submission of all web content + imagery and logins/passwords for us to gain access to the appropriate platforms (we will request all of this during the onboarding process). While we will be designing the layout of your project, we will not be serving in any capacity as your copywriter, business manager, social media manager, etc. If you are interested in those services, please let us know and we will connect you with one of our partners.

+ HOW LONG IS MY PROPOSAL GOOD FOR?

The project proposal (package and price) is good for up to 2 weeks after we sent it.
